Mill Creek Golf Club is a natural beauty set in the countryside of Mebane, North Carolina, about 35 miles east of Greensboro, NC. The course is situated on 650 lush acres carved out of land built for golfing. The course was designed by Robbines, Lussier, and Knock and built in 1995. The greens feature Kato/Crenshaw Bent grass, and the fairways are built with Bermuda grass. The par 4, 428 yard hole #18 is the signature hole with two fairways for the player to choose from.
The longest tees are the gold tees which measure out to 7,004 yards total with a rating of 73.7 and a slope of 141 on this par 72 course. The front nine holes have some houses lining the fairways, but the back nine are generally house-free for a relaxing atmosphere. The course was named one of 'Carolina's 100 Must Play Courses' by
Golfstyle Magazine and received a 4-star rating from GolfDigest.
