Maggie Valley Resort & Country Club tee times
Hand-sown in the 1960s, the fairways at Maggie Valley Club are a mixture of Kentucky bluegrass and perennial rye and remain green all year. Beautiful bent grass greens are kept soft to reward precise approach shots.
A state-of-the-art irrigation system was incorporated in 2000, and a planting program adds flowering and ornamental hardwood plants and trees, including Brandywine maples, to the course each year.
Butch Harmon, renowned instructor of Tiger Woods, says of the Maggie Valley Club course: "It's beautiful. I can't imagine how gorgeous it must be in the fall with all the colors. The course is very playable, which makes it fun, but it's also tricky enough to challenge golfers."
