The nine hole executive course at the Pleasanton Golf Center was designed by Ron Curtola, and it opened for play in 1974. This par 30 layout has a slope of 84 and a course rating of 29.0. All you typically need is a couple of hours to take a trek around this layout dotted with tall palms. The course includes three par fours to allow you to practice even more of the clubs in your bag.

The driving range offers are large number of grass tees. There are 50 lighted bays, of which 20 of them are covered. This Pleasanton golf course offers a opportunity to practice after dark, and in rainy conditions as well. There are practice bunkers, multiple putting greens, and a short game practice area. There is also a PGA Class A instructor at the golf center. Among the programs is a "little linksters" program for five and six-year-olds.
