The program sounds great. Do I need to do anything special to participate?

No, all registered Active Golfers can participate. Simply register with Active Golf and look for Active Golf Reward Points at participating golf courses when searching for tee times.

How do I know how many Active Golf Reward Points I have?

Once logged in, your rewards will be listed on the top right corner of the page. To find out more detailed information simply login to the website and click on "Profile" to get a complete summary. "Profileā€ can be found as a navigation tab on the login page & navigation within the top header throughout the website.

Earning Reward Points

I see a tee time reservation that offers me Active Golf Reward Points. I also see the opportunity to get more Active Golf Reward Points by pre-purchasing this tee time. What exactly is pre-purchasing?

Pre-purchasing is paying for the golf round, in advance, to Active Golf. You will be pre-paid when you get to the golf course.

When does my credit card get charged for pre-purchasing a tee time?

Your credit card will be charged on the day you book your tee time.

Are there any special parameters to pre-purchased rounds?

Yes, pre-purchased rounds can not be cancelled or reduced. In the event of a rain-out, Active Golf will provide you with a rain check. Please call Active Golf, 1-877-228-4881, on the day of play, if a rain-out is declared by the course, to claim your rain check.

I am searching for a tee time reservation. I see a reservation that offers me Active Golf Reward Points for booking. However, I do not see the option to pre-purchase this tee time and receive the extra Active Golf Reward Points. Why not?

I see a tee time available that I saw the day before. However, I no longer see the option to pre-purchase this tee time and receive the extra Active Golf Reward Points. It was there the other day. What happened?

The pre-purchase option is limited to certain constraints of availability. You may see a tee time that once had the pre-purchase option but no longer does.

What happens after I pre-purchase a tee time and they do not recognize me as pre-paid when I get to the golf course?

This should NEVER happen. If it does, please call ActiveGolf.com 1-877-228-4881, immediately.

Redeeming Reward Points

I have accumulated some Active Golf Reward Points. How do I redeem them?

When booking the tee time, select the pre-purchase option. The system will then allow you to use accumulated Reward Points toward the price of the tee time reservation. Note, the pre-purchase option is limited to certain tee times.

How many Active Golf Reward Points can I redeem at any one time?

You can use Reward Points to pay for up to 50% of the total reservation only.

Do I need enough Active Golf Reward Points to redeem / pay exactly 50% of my reservation?

No, the Reward Points program allows you to redeem partial Reward Points, with the limit set to 50% of the total cost of the booking. Please note, you do not earn any Active Golf Reward Points for booking tee time reservations that have partial or full Active Golf Reward Points redemptions.
